J Schmetz has the most whimsical, smile worthy pup art. He creates wonderfully colorful worlds where animals take on people roles. A Bulldog with lollipop, pug with ice cream sandwich, chihuahua on a skateboard, boston terrior playing the violin, beagle sipping tea and a poodle on skates, are just a hint of the fun prints available in his shop. There are so many more to see!

Inspired by European and Japanese design, Mind of Mel’s illustrations of dogs are just too precious! Mel’s drawings have been silkscreened for your little ones onto onesie’s, lap-T’s and raglan’s and arrive packaged in sweet little cotton bags perfect for gifting. I want one in my size!

Artist Gretchen Kramp of Detroit, creates wonderfully unique ceramic dog tiles. The carved relief tiles are each hand pressed in stoneware and glazed with a sponging technique that emphasizes the sculptural dimensions of the pieces. Tiles measure 1 3/4″ x 1 3/4″ and are notched on the back to hang on nails. Cute!

View, bid and support a great cause. 8 participating artists, Jeffrey Brown, David Horvath & Sun Min Kim, Martin Ontiveros, Seonna Hong, Christiaan van Bremen, Martin Cendreda, Silvio Porretta, and Susie Ghahremani, donated their time and talent in an effort to help raise funds to pay for Praxis’ (Michelle Borok’s dog) medical bills and chemotherapy after he was diagnosed with lymphoma. The work ranges from oil paintings to gooco prints and is a diverse collection of talents and styles. 10% of the proceeds will go to The Magic Bullet Fund to help other pet owners find funds for expensive cancer treatments. Check out the auctions on eBay and the full Praxis article on the Giant Robot blog.

I just received a pic message of what Miss Tilda is up to today while I am at work. The princess is spoiled rotten…

Precious little hair clips from Jack and Jane featuring Fifi, the poodle and Felix, the boston terrior. They seem to be in an argument. Apparently, Felix told Fifi her tail looked poofy. Silly Felix. Great little set of clips for any age with a story to share.

Folk art studio, Paper Moon Gallery, creates the most wonderful one-of-a-kind sculptures. Hand needle felted from 100% wool, this pink pup balances all fours on a vintage child’s block. So cute!
